Refund policy

Defective or damaged products or boxes:
Let us know immediately if any Product arrives in damaged condition and provide us with pictures of the damaged product(s) by emailing us at info@preggobox.ca. We will work with you to replace the product. 

PreggoBox reserves the right to take steps to ascertain the cause of the damage prior to processing any such replacement, and to not provide any replacement if we are not notified within 7 days of receipt of boxes.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you, may vary.
